Karate training and exercises

Includes three major parts that are used to upgrade the belt for upgrading the belt. These sections  include

 Kihon

 Kata

 Kumite

 

Kihon

The Kihon means “basic, original” which refers to various karate techniques and includes the following

Establishment

Defenses

Hand techniques

Foot techniques

 

Kata

A set of karate techniques that are combined in a particular way and combine the battle with one or more hypothetical opponents, and, therefore, are considered a kind of intellectual exercise

Kata always begins and ends with respect (Rei). It also begins and ends with defense, and has moral and personal messages that are appreciated by Islam

Professor Kanazawa explains in the introduction to the book of karate the International Kata

Fighting an imaginary opponent in the Kata is a personal and individual struggle, and only through this form of mental training is worth the value

 

Kumite

Kumite means fighting and defeating. In our entirety, we use the techniques available in Kata against one or more disciplines. So the Kumite is the operation of the kata at different intervals and in different areas of the body of the opponent

In sum, kumite is divided into two groups

 Yakosuo Kumite

Geo Kumite

Belt and grade upgrade

Various grades of karate are characterized by their belt and color. It is also started from the white color that is the brightest color and ends with the blackest, which is the darkest color, to the black belt grades and the grades of the previous belt.
